Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Can I sue my exwife for harrassment through the court system?

Can I sue her for falsely filing with child support services?

she filed with child support services as the custodial parent, which our chidren live with me, she said I either paid child support or spuasel support every other month. Though I paid both every month. CCS put it on my credit report based on what she said. I spent a few thoundsand on an attorney to get it cleaned up but all the did was get them to say I was all caught up. I was never behind.

The past five years she has taken me to court for custody changes stating our daughters want more time. Even though they have not wanted more time with her. It comes out in th emediation report. Every year she has me in court for BS stuff does not follow court orders and files false staements. Like saying the children spent last christmas with her and request the judge change the schedule so that they may spend this christmas with her.

Can I sue for my interest in the condo we owned?

I aggreed in our settlement confernce to relinguish all interest in her mothers condo but not ours. can I get my interest out.

She has filed false statements on her income which has cost me more in support charges can I sue her to get some back?

FCS sucks I need to do something to get this to stop and feel as long as she is not paying this will continue. She was abusive to me and our daughters has mental issues and is a drug attack. Twice during or marriage she slipped meth in my drinks. Once sending me to the hospital. the courts have done nothing. I just want this to stop.

The only way you are going to get anywhere with this is to hire an attorney. You cannot sue someone for the things you want to sue her for. You need an attorney to get sanctions against her, or maybe sue her for abuse of process (though it doesn't really sound like your situation would support that case).
