Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I would like to know if its possible to sue my ex- fiancee for fraud. He called it off and five months later he married a girl that he cheated on my with.

That's not fraud. That's a broken heart.
"A fraudulent promise to marry or to cohabit after marriage does not give rise to a cause of action for damages." (Civ. Code, section 43.4.)

Sure you can sue him. You'll lose big time, but you can sue him.
