Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Am I able to sue for a partially paid earned wage judgement?

I was awarded a judgement for unpaid wages from a contractor. I agreed to a payment arrangement with the ex employer and now he has failed to uphold his end. He has paid $6000 out of $8500 and has failed to reply to any of my communication attempts. Can I sue him and if so, where do I start?

You do not have to file any more lawsuits. You need to pursue post judgment collection procedures. If you fax me your judgment and any asset information you have, I will provide you with free consultation and then advise you what I would charge to collect the balance. My fax number is 714 363 0229.
