Can I sue the school principle ?

she gave my ex wife a report which she slander me with no evidence cause me

the custody and visition and now I need an attorney and indepnt child evalotion

to over come for damage , also my son run away from the school twice and she cause him getting upset and angry because he find out that she is helping his mom

against his dad and he wants to stay with dad

Probably not, but the answer will depend upon what the principal said and under what circumstances.

If she was talking to your ex about your child's education or welfare and was acting in her capacity as principal, then her statements most likely fall within the common-interest privilege and cannot support a judgment against her. But if she was just spreading rumors and it had nothing to do with her job, you might have a viable case.
