Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I am being sued in LA county federal district court for copyright infringement. I have filed the answer on my own and now have an early mediation meeting (federal rule 26f). I live in Northern California. The attorney states it has to be at his office in LA county. I know I am at a huge disadvantage without a lawyer but feel like he is pushing me around. Does the in person meeting have to be at his office in LA county?

There's nothing in that rule that requires meeting in person. I really suggest you get an attorney. A person representing themselves in Federal Court is a recipe for disaster.
