Summons and Proper Legal Form
Your message is unclear as to the nature of the summons.Did you not pay a credit card bill? I am unclear as to the reference"letter in proper legal form"
Is this on the summons???
I would suggest that you consult an attorney for a better answer.
I would need to see the actual summons and discuss the reasons for the summons before I could providea better analysis of what you need.============================================================If applicable to this message: "This transmission does not create an attorney-client relationship.
