Your question is nonsensical. A DBA, also known as a fictitious business name, is simply the name of an individual or other entity that does business by a fictitious name. The DBA is not a legally distinct entity apart from the owner of the DBA. (See Pinkerton's, Inc. v. Superior Court (1996) 49 CAl.App.4th 1342, 1347-1349.)
