Theft by a Jewler
We took a ring to have a setting adjusted. The Jewler sent the ring back with a different diamond in the ring. What would be the best way to handle this matter? Please help

From your facts, sounds like fraud by the jeweler. In such a case, filing a lawsuit would be appropriate and/or filing complaint with police/district attorney. However, there are potential problems with proof. I would need to know more information about how to prove this theft.
