Time to appeal judgment

I need to know what is the time limit to file a motion to setaside judgment in a case arising from binding arbitration.

Typically a request for trial de novo must be filed within 30 days.

If you are talking about a final judgment, you must file a notice of appeal within sixty days of the actual judgment.
