What is the timeframe for filing a lawsuit against a moving company that unlawfully withheld my belongings, in violation of Title 49 CFR Part 375?
The penalties of 49 U.S.C. Chapter 149 apply.

Good luck with that. I have no idea what the legal time limit is. Start calling attorneys. Personally given the state of consumer protections (or lack thereof) I would ship my belongings by Conestoga wagon before I would use an interstate mover.
