Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
to timothy mcCormick in regards to Cal Civ Code 3045.1 question, then why didnt my lawyer pay them out of my settlement check, he said he only has to take care of med liens, and you just told me this ment they automatically have this. and attnys only have to pay med liens not med. bills
