Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Title 15 Chapter 1 of U.S. Code attorney needed
This is a correction from my previous question.

We are currently looking for attorney who are expert or specialize in U.S. Code Title 15, chapter 1 and it is Anti-trust.

We already had send 2 letters to the respondent by certified mail, but never had any reply from them for pre-negotiation activity and negotiation related communication with us.

Our client want to file $10 million punishment damages plus economic sanction lawsuits ASAP. Our client is deaf and very frustrated to file a suit. Also he's on SSDI.

We are in seeking a laywer that are willing a low cost services or ''no fee til you win''. I guarantee, but not to promising, that our client will win this lawsuit.
