Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I have a TRO - Domestic Violence that my ex falsely filed on me to gain full custody of my son. I got 2 continuance of this case. I am pro per and I got a notice from opposing lawyer that I need to appear in a deposition for the Mutual List of Witness/ Experts declaration. I am not prepared and do not know the procedure. If I produce a list of witness on that day (provided I done my legal research) -
is the other party expected to produce their list of witness too? I know I did not send a notice to them but , since , the word mutual , does is mean that I walk out the office and get their list of Expert and Witness as well? The court evidentiary hearing is in 60 days.

There is no such thing as a "deposition for the Mutual List of Witness/Experts." You need to find a lawyer.
