What happens when u get a ticket for a suspended license, but have it reinstated before court

You lose, assuming that the state proves its case against you. Getting your license back before your court date doesn't change the fact that you were caught driving while it was suspended.

I agree with Mr. Hoffman. The issue is whether your license was suspended at the time you got caught, not whether you reinstated it later. Driving with a suspended license is much different than a fix it ticket for a burned out taillight.
