Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

unfair teacher

My daughter that's in 6th grade today was allowed to walk with her substitutes permisssion instead of running in P.E. due to her shoes having caused her blisters. The P.E. teacher however yelled at her for noncomplying, threatened her with getting a green slip and punished the whole class because of her to run 5 laps around the field ignoring her attempts to explain. Due to this my daughter ended up running two laps slowly barefoot. She came home feeling humilated and walking barefoot because of the blisters. What can i do?

Talk to the teacher and, if that doesn't give you satisfaction, talk to the school administrator.
