vehicle title

if my ex is in possesioin of a vehicle that has both our names on the title can i take it from her? if not how do i get half of the vehicles worth

First determine the dollar amount of 1/2 of the vehicle value. Then decide how much effort it is worth, and the dollar cost to go after that amount of money. If the car division was part of a divorce then family court could enforce it. Otherwise consider small claims court.
