Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

My vehicle was towed for not having a properly displayed permit, the permit was in the vehicle but not displayed on the window. When looking at the form I signed agreeing to the parking policy, I had signed the page where it stated, a sticker must be displayed at all times, but did not enter a date. Is the form still legal if there is not date for the signature?

The lack of a date does not invalidate your signature of the form. The date you signed can be established through other evidence, such as your statement as to when you signed.
