Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Viking

I have a Viking Stove Top that is structually inferior. Viking has replaced it 4 times, counting the first one I had installed. Viking always replaces the stove top but, it always is a big hassel. I do not want this stove top any more. The problem is the granite is cut for that top and they would have to replace all my granite tops. Do I have a case?

Re: Viking

Quite possibly. Usually, on the third time a product is considered a "lemon". Here, the question is if Viking would be liable for the insidential damages of the cut granite.

Without researching the topic, I can not give you a complete answer, but I would tend to lean towards them being required to pay a portion, if not all, of the replacement granite cost.
