Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I was at a walmart store in san jose california on oct. 4th and didn't end up buyin anything and on my way out a young african american male approched me and accused me of shoplifthing in front of plenty of people... i got really upset and told him to check my bags that i would'nt mind he didn't and just let me go... do i have a case against walmart??

I don't see why you would. I also don't see why the young man's race matters to you.
