I just wanna know if I have a chance to win if I persue my cause to file a complaint in court for defamation of character. The adpotive aunt of my domestic partner has been posting offensive and very dicriminatory words against me in facebook. But what triggered me to think of filing a lawsuit is when she started sending email messages to my boy friends coworkers which are very offensive and its all about me. My boyfriend and his co-workers are willing to print out the emailsto help me with the case. Other people also are willing to testify for me with all the offensive words that she was spreading around against me.
