Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
My wife and I are coming up on our 1 year anniversary. We received a CD of our pictures but we still have not received the weeding album that is included in the contract from our wedding photographer. My wife has email correspondence with the photographer promising us the album. She doesn't return any calls and her business line is disconnected. What should we do?

Well you can take the photographer to small claims court, if you can find her.
