Do my witnesses have to come to court or can they write a statement?

Re: Witness apperance
If your witness is under subpoena, she must appear in court. If she voluntarily appears, that's fine too. However, you can't compel a witness to appear in court without a subpoena. The court won't consider a witness' written trial testimony.
