If at work in a company parking lot and the sprinklers come on and cause water spot on your car who is liabilty

Your kidding, right? A water spot is not a permanent damage. I assume you are talking about the outside of the car; if you are speaking about the inside, it is your fault you did not roll up the window. You make a claim to your company and they are likely to not promote or fire you. Since there is no real damage, there is no basis for a suit. The law does not deal with trivial matters Since you should know that you have parked in an area that has to be sprayed by a sprinkler, you have endangered your car as a reasonable person would know their car would be hit with water so it is your fault.
