Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Without out worrying about the details or repercussions I want to know just technically as a strategyIf one of the lawyers representing the other side in my case I am representing myself on is not representing his clients best interest and doing everything he can to sabotage me illegally can i file a lawsuit against him two weeks before the case management and motion to strike hearing to create a legitimate conflict so he can be removed from this case?

This is an incredibly bad idea. It will not work, and it is likely to set you up to be sanctioned (i.e., fined) by the Court.
And what would the theory of your brilliant strategy be here? In other words what cause of action will you be asserting against your opponents lawyer?
Lastly, before you execute on this marvelous idea, research malicious prosecution.
Who cares is the attorney is not representing the other side well. It does not give you a cause of action. Not sure what illegally sabotaging your case means. Get an attorney on your case, trying to dream up schemes like this mean you are desperate maybe unprepared... You are heading for disaster
