Legal Question in Health Care Law in California
In 2007 I got into an accident and was taken to Kaiser where I was supposedly covered by them through my father's insurance. I was never billed or sent any letters indicating I owed them anything. I just got a letter this year, 2010, 3 years after the accident indicating I was responsible for the entire amount. Can they bill me after 3 years after the accident? I was never billed until now is that legal?

Send the medical bills, all paperwork you have, and a detailed explanation of what happened to your father's insurance carrier and see if they will deal with Kaiser. If they do not, repost your question.
