Legal Question in Health Care Law in California
4 month claim period-Estate Recovery
Hello,
Even though a probate has not been commenced, however the Estate Recovery Dept. has been notified, will the 4 month claim period for recovery run from the date of notification to the state and be completely terminated at the end of that 4 month period or can the state do another 4 months claim period once the probate is opened?
