Legal Question in Health Care Law in California

I had a AF during delivery. After my baby was born the hospital transferred me to ICU overnight even though my heart rate went back to normal. The next day I request to be transferred back to maternity ward, but the hospital had no way of transfer me back to their children's hospital. My newborn was left in the nursery for two days with the nurse as a result. I had to discharge from the hospital one day after delivery as a result of the hospital's own fault. Can I sue the hospital for damages as a result of problems with their operation?

You cannot sue a health care provider without a signed certification from a doctor that malpractice occurred. IF you can get a doctor to say that what they did was malpractice, you can sue.
