Cancelling a contract

Hello, I needed to see if there are any loop holes in a contract we signed for 7 years. All I have is a copy of Exhibit A which doesn't mention anything about early termination. This is for 7 years for season tickets. Is it the law for them to provide an early termination clause in the contract/terms and conditions. What are some other guidelines to cancel a contract.

First, I would ask the other side for a copy of the contract so that you and/or an attorney can review it. Without it, its pure speculation what your options are. Once you have a copy of the contract, an attorney would be able to give you a clear picture as to what your exit options are.

I would have to take a look at the contract. If you do not have it, we would need to discuss what it was about, what you remember of it, and whether you can obtain a copy of the contract and how to do so.
