Legal Question in Health Care Law in California
I have a case open with child protection services. My son ended up in the hospital because I was not properly mananging his type 1 diabetes. It was because the medical staff did not properly train me on how to calculate his insulin dosage. I finally figured it out for myself, however, my name is now on the CACI list as committing servere child abuse. I want to remove my name off the list and sue the medical facility. What type of lawyer and suit should I seek?
