Can I legally refuse to pay for the office visit charge if I have a bad experience at an Ob/Gyn ?

A doctor's employee was offensive AND the doctor made reference to Herpes out loud in an area where other patients heard, clearly revealing the nature of my visit.

I thought I could report his lack of professionalism.

It was a major breach of doctor patient confidentiality.
