Conservatorship of Adult daughter with D.S.

Do I need an attorney to prepare legal documentation for conservatorship of my 23 yr. old daughter with D.S. I am a single mother and she resides with me. No one, including the father will contest. Can the paperwork etc. be done by myself, a paralegal, or is a attorney be required? Thank You
