are you liable to pay a daycare provider if you take your child out due to endangerment?

The answer to this question depends on what the contract says, if there was a written one, and what constituted the "endangerment" you claim as a basis for your actions.
If there was no written coontract, then you probably are not obligated beyond paying for actual services rendered.
