Legal Question in Health Care Law in California
Emergencecy Rooms
On 4-1-09 I went to Kaiser emergencecy room I had gone blind in my left eye. When I went to register they told me they would not see unless I gave them $$$. They denied me as a patient unless I paid this amount. I also have kaiser insurance through my job. I had to go to General Hospital.
