Legal Question in Health Care Law in California
My employer is begining a new Wellness program, and as they put it, if you opt not to do the consultations and check ups there will be a "significant" increase in our premiums.
Today we just found out that they are doing a mandatory blood draw as well.
Can they make a Wellness program and blood drawn mandatory? Their excuse is the new healthcare legislation.
