Legal Question in Health Care Law in California
A family member would like to get tested for a medical condition. He would like to do so anonymously. However, when he attempted to do so, the hospital or the insurance (I wasn't clear), told him that he could not register anonymously. He need to provide his name and social security number. So this family member is thinking of using a fake name and SSN. I told him there needs to be another way to do this. Do you have any suggestions?
