My Doctor violated the ''Hipaa Law'' by disclosing my sickness to my employer. What appropiate action should I take?

There are circumstances where disclosures are allowed and others where they are not. You need to consult an attorney with all the facts to get a meaningful answer on the legal question of whether the HIPAA law was violated.
If there was a violation, the attoreny can make the appropriate claim in the appropriate court.
