marriage and medical
my friend got married 5 hours b4 getting into a car accident...who would the doctors go to for medicial treatment answers?? his wife or next of kin prior to marriage??? he knew his ''wife'' for appox a week b4 their marriage. please help

If there was valid marriage then tha spouse will be able to make such decisions. Is the injured person unable to make his own decisions?
