Post divorce Property sale problem
5/15/2006 my divorce was final, in California, property--name removed--was to be sold split 50/50. problem realator my spouse recommended was mentioned in settlement,--name removed--was advertized for about five months,had 2 offers which failed in financing, then property in california took a nosedive,the realators contract expired and she says the court said she was to sell the property,so she is just sitting making no effort or advertizing, I'm stuck the--name removed--can't be sold because the realator has no right to sell a property that she has no contract to sell, I found a new realator who drew up a contract to sell the property,sent same to ex spouse and she refused to sign.What can I do to break the gridlock??? thank you

Go back to court to get an order from the court since ex wife is not cooperating.
