Legal Question in Health Care Law in California
I recieved a bill on 2-13-14 for an EKG administered in 1-12-12. Shouldn't the hospital have sent this WAY before now? Am I required by law to pay it?

If you signed a billing agreement, which you no doubt did, that forms a written contract. Parties to written contracts have four years to collect payment.
