Legal Question in Health Care Law in California
My sister has terminal cancer, we both live in California but in 2 different counties. I will be her Power of Attorney. After having the paperwork notorized, can I file the paperwork with the court in my county or does it have to be in her county? I don't want to have to travel 4 hrs to go to court if needed.
