Legal Question in Health Care Law in California
I had surgery on my knee in 1994. I fell and crushed my knee cap. When I had my second surgery to remove the wires I got a staph infection. This infection took 6 mos of daily treatment to heal and lots of physical therapy. Is it possible to sue the dr.?
Now I am limited to the time I am able to stand.
