I was terminated from my job on 1/15/08

i was still charged me for my health insurance on my final pay check. they also cancelled my insurance on 1/14/08 a day before they terminated me. How long is my health should my health insurance still active for

Depends on the employer, but most cancel the day of termination, but you should have been offered Cobra.
