Can a therapist tell my parents that I am dating a older guy even though I'm underage by 2 years? I thought they were bound by confidentiality ?

It depends on what "dating" involves. If you have been sexually intimate (not just going "all the way," but also including anything else that you can think of that would be "sexually intimate") then the therapist not only is relieved of the duty of confidentiality, but is under a "mandatory reporter" obligation to report it to the appropriate authorities for possible prosecution.
