was never told
my father was recently diagnoised with end stage liver diases he found out he had it in august 2002 he had been seen by a doctor at the harrt clinic 2times in two years the harrt program was aware of his illness but he was never told about it so he it is 2 yrs later and we are just finding out.

I'm sorry to hear about this. There may be liability if there's evidence that the treating physicians/facilities withheld facts or information regarding his treatment or illness, so if there is indeed proof of that, you should see an attorney right away.
