Legal Question in Health Care Law in California

Vocational School Lies

My girlfriend enrolled in a vocational school to get herliscensed voc. nurse. At the orientationed, the facilitator said they must meet certain criteria to be accepted because sacramento required it. After review of each student, the fac. said that they all were accepted and all they had to do is write a letter to sac. to make and exception to give them the lvn at the end. One month later, they said sac. changed their policy and that they werent going to be able to get their lvn. I called sac. and they told me that they never changed their policy. The school keeps prosponing the meeting in which they will talk about the issue but said they will not give the students their money back. What can we do? What steps do we take? Did they do anything wrong?

Re: Vocational School Lies

She may have a claim for fraud or unfair business practices. The documents need to be reviewed. Also, it would help to get as many of other students as possible. Let me know if I can help.
