Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

21 illegal imigrant, i want to aquire legal residence

I've lived here for about 13 years, my parents are not citizens, I have no realatives that are citizens, exept for my 2 little brothers that wre born here(2 and 10 years old) I really want to become a citizen so I can go to school and work without fear. Any help or advice with be very much apreciated.
