Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
i 140
I am in Indian Citizen & If i file my i 140 & 485 concurrently before Dec 31, 2004, will i get my EAD ? Still i am subject to Visa number availability for Indian citizens... Even though my labor approved in 2004.

If you file your I-485 while the visa number is available, then you can apply for EAD.
