hello ,im married to an american citizen , applied and was given a conditional green card abroad before moving to the us. found out after moving here that there was an outstanding warrant for my arrest on 2 counts of 487 sub1 pc fel on my name dated from 1985.i lived here during that time but never learned of the charges. what are my chances when i aplly for the removal of the conditional status? im still married and the charges were dismissed in furth of justice 1385 pc.thank you so much for nay help.

You will be turned over to be arrested for the warrants and your green card will not be approved until the proceedings are finished You need an immigration attorney badly. [email protected]
