2nd marriage to foreirner
I have just finanlized a divorce from someone who I sponsored to get her green card. We where married for 8 years. I have met another woman who also is from another country. If we married would I be able to sponsor her for a green card also?

Yes, you can sponsor your spouse though you have previously sponsored a previous wife. The Service will however scrutinize your second marriage more closely to make sure it is bona fide and you have not made a career out of these marriages.

Yes, as long as you meet the other requirements it should be fine. You'll want to add extra evidence showing the bona fide nature of the marriage/relationship however.
