1-485
Visa for family based immigration became current in visa bulletin for mArch 09 . The I-485 was filed on Feb 23,2009 and documents were dated Feb 17,2009.Will USCIS reject it. If rejected can deficinency be corrected,

You'd have to be more clear on your question. Looks like you just filed the I-485 and USCIS still has not sent back a receipt or anything so how would you know they will reject it? Your question does not really describe a possible deficiency. Even if USCIS rejects the initial filing, they always include a letter with the step(s) for correction.

It sounds as though perhaps you have filed the I-485s before the priority dates were available. If that is the case the filings will be rejected and will need to be refiled.
